Saraswati Devi Mandir was inaugurated in February 2003. Its objective was to satisfy the spiritual needs of the entire community it serves. We respect people of all race, religion and caste (duty). We encourage and propagate a life based on Dharmic principles. We have activities year round for adults and children, alike. As a culture-based community organization we encourage our members to uphold their cultural values and heritage while integrating with the diverse cultures of America. We believe our cultural and social values promote a strong family relationship, where education, career, financial independence and sound moral behavior are compulsory and obligatory towards a strong and vibrant society.
We invite you, your family, and loved ones to visit our temple for a truly spiritual experience. We are conveniently located in the heart of the city, at 1453 N Pine Hills Rd., Orlando, Fl 32808. We're open on Sundays from 9:30 AM and by appointments weekdays.

Worship and Love together
Builds a stronger more vibrant community
Growing your faith and understanding our scriptures is rewarding when you have someone who is qualified to disseminate our Purans and Vedas in a comprehensible manner. Saraswati Devi Mandir is lead by Pandit Jeetendra Persaud; he grew up in a remarkable hindu home and was taught sanskrit and hindi at an early age by his father Hari Persaud. Pandit Jeet as he is popularly known spent his formative academic years in London where he graduated as a Chemical Engineer. It was many years later that he realized his true calling and potentials by answering to the call of his remarkable and prominent lineage. In 2003, Pandit Jeet and his wife Smt Geeta Persaud founded the Indo Caribbean Cultural Center in a effort to bring cultural awareness and activities depicting our rich Indo-caribbean culture to the residents of Central Florida simultaneously opening Saraswati Devi Mandir bringing Spiritual Traditions to the forefront so that our youths can be proud of their religion and culture while following the traditions of our foreparents. Join us Sunday mornings for one of his energetic discourses either from the Ramcharitmanas, Bhagavat Gita or from one of our many Puranas.
